The Institute for Pianistics offers a well-grounded pianistic education starting with the preparation for study at conservatories or music academies and including polishing of stage presence with ambitious repertoire for the international stage.
The requirements for entrance examinations at conservatories and music academies are becoming more difficult from year to year so that only a small fraction of applicants are able to jump over this hurdle.
The Institute for Pianistics offers an ideal preparation for this challenge. 90 % of our pupils pass the entrance examinations at music schools in Europe and in the U.S.A.
In our program for the especially talented, children and young people receive training in music theory, chamber music and the preparation for music competitions. Private training and a professional instruction facilitate manual abilities, intelligent hearing and creative musicianship. For foreigners who are interested in such studies there is the possibility of vacation courses which are always concluded with a concert performance.

The Institute for Pianistics collaborates closely with the Hamburg Conservatory, The School for Music and Theater Hamburg, the Oldenburg and the Rostock University. It is assisted by the Bavarian Music Council and the Cultural Office of Hamburg.
Instruction at the Institute for Pianistics includes:

- concerts preparation for competitions and entrance examinations
The Institute for Pianistics also houses music library of Prof. Conrad Hansen which contains historical documents.
For piano instruction two grand pianos are available: a Steinway B and a Grotrian Steinweg.

Ms. Wulff received her pianistic and pedagogic education in Hamburg and Luebeck with Prof. Peter Hartmann, Profs. Eliza and Conrad Hansen, Prof. Alexander Roessler und Dr. Sigrid Steinbrecher.
Concert tours and masterclasses took her with soloists of the Metropolitan Opera (New York) and of the London Symphony Orchestra to the Ukraine (Odessa), to Jamaica (Kingston), Madeira (Funchal), Korea (Seoul and Pusan), China (Peking, Jinan).
CD productions: solo CD with works by Mozart, Chopin, Satie and Cage, “Night Music,” duo CD with the singer and performance artist Christina Ascher on the O-Tom label, “Musica Mediterrana” was released with www.Iris Marlin.com, “Der fixierte Mann” was released with www.vaterfalle.de.
She founded the Institute for Pianistics and leads a piano class at the Hamburg Conservatory for students who have qualified for matriculation examinations and diplomas at the Hamburg School of Music and Theater. For many years she has organized and led seminars for piano, chamber music and prepared piano. She has been on juries for music competitions on regional, state and national levels. Her students have become 1st prize winners at international competitions and of the Steinway Competition.
